- From time to time –– as high profile homesites become available –– you will receive a survey, topo and pictures of that homesite.
- When you do, review your inventory of designs and select one that you feel would be ideal (or close to ideal) for the look and feel of that homesite and its surrounding neighborhood.
- Next, upload your design to our website –– including front elevations, floor plans and descriptive narratives for website visitors and prospective homebuyers to view.
In addition to homebuyers having the opportunity to see your work, they can read about you and your credentials in your professional biography that accompanies your design posting. When they like what they see, homebuyers and Building Partners contact you directly to purchase plans, to have them modified, or to present you with their specific ideas and concerns. This truly is a unique opportunity for Design Partners to obtain exposure to active homebuyers and builders in the marketplace that they might not otherwise be able to meet.
